Training and instruction lessons of Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking originates and is still popular in northern european countries. It actively engages the whole body into evenly distributed continuous load and is suitable for improvement of overall physicall fitness, rehabilitation, regeneration and prevention
Nordic walking is a great start to weight loss, weight control, has healing effects and positively affects the mind.

Walking with poles puts less load on the joints but watch out – Nordic Walking IS NOT Treking !!!

We train in Brezina forest park, or we come to you.

Nordic Walking:
  • is suitable for men, women, seniors and kids (recommended from 5 years)
  • by activation of arms we engage the whole body to movement (45% more effective than normal walking)
  • intensity is sel-regulated and depends on you and your psychological comfort
  • after instruction lessons you train on your own
  • we improve our fitness in a natural way 
  • we solve back pain and body posture

We recommend:

3-4 instruction lessons to ensure perfect understanding of walking technique
In case of interest it is possible to join further lessons in order to resolve potential flaws in your technique or to join a condition training – price upon agreement.

Lesson duration: 60-70 min

What you need for a training session:
Running shoes (not the high ones), multi-layer(recommended) sports wear according to the weather conditons, backpack (not a shoulder bag), water.
